Provided is a magnesium alloy fuel cell anode and the preparation method therefor. Said anode is of a magnesium alloy consisting of magnesium, aluminum, lithium, zinc, manganese dioxide, and rare metal. The weight percentages of all components of the anode are as follows: magnesium 80.0 - 86.0%, aluminum 3.1 - 7.6%, lithium 3.5 - 9.2%, zinc 0.8 -2.0%, manganese dioxide 0.2 - 1.5%, and rare earth metal 0.5 - 5.0%. The fuel cell's efficiency is clearly improved because of the high electrochemical conversion and utilization rates of the magnesium alloy anode, non-segregation of the anode, a uniform alloy structure, and the small size of the crystal grains. |
