DROSOPHILA ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE MODEL MUTANTS AND THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE DOUBLE MUTANTS

PURPOSE: A drosophila alzheimer's disease model mutant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain mutant having a strong expression type. CONSTITUTION: A drosophila alzheimer's disease model mutant comprises a Aβ42M35F1 gene overexpression mutation and a CG4604 gene suppression mutation. The mutant is manufactured from a Gal4-responsive pUAST expression vector. The Aβ42M35F1 gene overexpression mutation produces M35F1. In the M35F1, phenylalanine is substituted for methionine. In the Aβ42M35F1, gene is overexpressed by a UAS-Gal4 system.
