PURPOSE: A producing method of a nutritious snack using eggs and quail eggs is provided to add functional components to the eggs and quail eggs to obtain the nutritious snack. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a nutritious snack using eggs and quail eggs comprises the following: boiling the eggs and quail eggs before cooling, drying, and peeling the shells; and dipping the peeled eggs and quail eggs into processing water containing purified water and functional components for boiling and cooling before packaging. The functional components are selected from mugwort powder, brown seaweed, sea tangle, pine needles, opuntia ficus, curry, green tea, sweet pumpkin, and medical herbs. |
