<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive greening facility capable of effectively spreading water absorption of a growing material part in the lateral direction and capable of smoothly growing plants. <P>SOLUTION: The greening facility has a planting part on a base board material in which water can be stored or retained. The planting part is composed of a mat-shaped growing material part and plants disposed at least on the upper side of the growing material part.
