<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal with a touch panel capable of preventing malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal includes: a contact detection part; a detection part for detecting a position and a size of a contact area accompanied with input to the contact detection part; and a control part for performing control so that processing previously allocated to a position included in the detected contract area is executed when the size of the contract area detected by the detection part is equal to or larger than a first reference and smaller than a second reference, the processing is not executed when the size of the contact area is equal to or larger than a third reference and smaller than the first reference, and the processing is executed when the size of the contact area is smaller than the third reference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
