<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method which can improve processing accuracy by reducing influence on processing accuracy caused by difference in rigidity among linear drive shafts, and an NC program generation device which can realize the processing method. <P>SOLUTION: A machine tool having multiple linear drive shafts with different rigidity and one or more rotation drive shafts is applied. A reference linear direction in a machine coordinate system is set up. Then, when workpieces are processed by tools, directions of movement with linear drive shafts in the machine coordinate system are adjusted to the reference linear direction before processing, using rotational operations with the rotation drive shafts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
