<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely detach a belt by a simple mechanism, and to use the belt having a weld line of high quality in the detachment of a metal endless belt having a long length, a wide width and heavy weight. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanism for detaching the metal endless belt has the metal endless belt 1, a roll 2 for rotating the belt, a pair of roll supporting bodies 4 disposed at both ends of a rotary shaft 21 of the roll via a bearing 41 and further has a horizontally extended frame 5 and an auxiliary support column 6. At the roll supporting body 4 at a side where the belt 1 is detached, a block 7 for the supporting body which is attachable and detachable and in which an insertion clearance of the belt 1 is formed when detached is arranged and the size of the horizontally extended frame 5 of a jig in a belt width direction is not smaller than width of the belt 1. One end of the horizontally extended frame 5 can be joined to a part of the roll supporting body 4 at a side where the belt is detached so as to be in parallel to the belt width direction and the other end of the horizontally extended frame 5 can be joined to the auxiliary support column 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
