<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a black toner exhibiting high printing density, suppressing fog in a high temperature and high humidity environment and having excellent printing durability. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a black toner for electrostatic charge image development includes steps of: preparing a polymerizable monomer composition containing a polymerizable monomer and a colorant; obtaining a suspension liquid having dispersion of droplets of the polymerizable monomer composition by suspending the polymerizable monomer composition in an aqueous dispersion medium containing a dispersion stabilizer; and obtaining colored resin particles by suspension-polymerizing the suspension liquid in the presence of a polymerization initiator. As the colorant, 1 to 10 parts by mass of carbon black and 1 to 10 parts by mass of an anthraquinone-based blue dye are incorporated with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polymerizable monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
