Obtain high image quality images in a short time in an image capture which labels only fluids in a specified region. In order to achieve this objective, when employing a two-dimensional selective excitation pulse in pre-pulsing and image capturing with labeling only of fluids in the specified region, an optimal number of segments N is determined from a fluid velocity V and a size F of a specified labeling region. A space k positioning is additionally determined according to the timing at which the fluid reaches the image capture region. An optimal flip angle FA is further determined depending on the type of pre-pulse.
