PURPOSE: A polyurethane resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve air permeability and moisture permeability and shorten degradation time during discard of polyurethane resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurethane resin composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing polyol by processing polycondensation of carboxylic acid and diol; and adding 5-10 weight% of composite decomposer based on the amount of polyurethane. The composition is manufactured by reacting the polyol with 10-20 weight% of dicumyl peroxide, 4-6 weight% of sodium powder, 20-30 weight% of silver nanoparticles, 7-11 weight% of zinc powder, 8-12 weight% of zeolite powder, 0.1-2 weight% of calcium carbonate, and 9-11 weight% of methylenebis(strearamide), or ethylene bis stearamide based on the weight of the polyol.
