a housing that defines a powder inlet for receiving powder, a powder outlet, and a conduit connecting the powder inlet and the powder outlet;
a feed wand (160) to move powder through the conduit from the powder inlet to the powder outlet; and
a wand actuator (162) to rotate the feed wand (160) in the conduit.
