摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep driving performance intact despite miniaturization and easy assembly in an ultrasonic linear actuator for transmitting elongation and shrinkage of a piezoelectric element to a rod to move a mobile body engaged with the rod with a predetermined frictional force by means of a speed difference between elongation and shrinkage of the piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile body 103 comprises a rigid body 111 and a resilient flat spring part 112 both of sheet metal parts welded or soldered together at 113. Instead of a cap for pressing a rod 102 against the body 111, the flat spring part 112 can directly press the rod 102 to implement miniaturization and easy assembly.
