<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which, when a terminal device generates a parameter for using a function of an image formation device on the basis of information showing a configuration of the image formation device, a frequency of obtaining configuration information of an image formation device is reduced compared to a case without the system. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a terminal device 20 generates output instruction information including character image information J2 and a parameter. Then, the control part 21 transmits an output instruction file in which second configuration information 221a is associated with the output instruction information, to an image formation device 10. A control part 11 of the image formation device 10 compares the second configuration information 221a included in the received output instruction file with first configuration information 121a stored in a storage part 12, and determines whether the configuration of a function described in each of the information is the same.
