<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of utilization efficiency of a memory while suppressing the deterioration of the through-put and response performance of a memory system. <P>SOLUTION: A memory management device is configured to: store a route secret value; increment a low order value by a first counter, each time the frequency of the write-in of first data in a memory is increased; increment a high order value when the low order value is over-flowed and reset and update the low order value; when the high order value is incremented according to the write-in of second data sharing the high order value in the memory, increment and update a low order counter value; recalculate a first secret value to be calculated by using a value of the first counter and the route secret value according to the update of the first counter; write the first data and the first secret value in the memory; when the first data and the first secret value are read from the memory, calculate a second secret value by using the latest value of the first counter and the route secret value; and verify the first data by comparing the first secret value with the second secret value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
