<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner which can suppress the occurrence of tilt of a scanning line due to temperature changes and contribute to improvements in productivity and reliability of image formation. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element (toroidal lens) 300 is supported in a holding member 20 composed of an upper holding member 21, a lower holding member 22 and legs 23. An optical element module 30 comprising these parts has a fixed supporting-point A, rotatable around an axis orthogonal to a sub-scanning cross section, at the substantial center of a main scanning direction. The fixed supporting-point A and a receiving-point B which is the contact position of an actuator 34 of tilt adjustment means 32 and the optical element module 30 are arranged on the same plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
