<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet excellent in wear resistance and easy to be handled at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet is composed by laminating a first layer (10) composed of an easy-peeling protective film and a second layer (9) composed of a film having an optical shape.
