<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device configured such that prolongation of a service life and stabilization can be achieved by eliminating the influence of abrasion on a photoreceptor surface layer without increasing a size and cost of the device, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A negatively charged powder toner 142a2 of an image part negatively charged by an image part charging device 160 is attracted to a toner image forming roll 103 by an electric field and transferred to the toner image forming roll 103 in a nip portion P1 with a donor roll 120, as the toner image forming roll 103 is rotated. A toner image 142i on the toner image forming roll 103 is secondarily transferred to a recording medium P, to form an image, between the toner image forming roll 103 and a pressure roller 102, and the image is fixed to the recording medium P by using a pair of fixing rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
