<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjacent cell processing device and an adjacent cell processing method which can make operation in a radio communication system efficient by generating adequate adjacent cell information. <P>SOLUTION: An adjacent cell processing device comprises: an adjacent cell information generation unit 12 for generating adjacent cell information, for each radio terminal device, indicating one or multiple radio base station devices placed in the vicinity of a target radio base station device among a plurality of radio base station devices other than the target radio base station device; and an adjacent cell information transmission unit 13 for transmitting the adjacent cell information generated by the adjacent cell information generation unit 12 to the corresponding radio terminal devices or the target radio base station device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
