SIRNA AGAINST CCL22 FOR TREATMENT OF ATOPY DERMATITIS AND COMPOSITION OF THERAPEUTIC AGENT COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A siRNA with effect of treating atopic dermatitis and a composition containing the same are provided to suppress IL-4 expression and to increase IFN-gamma. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains siRNA which is specific to a target sequence of CCL22 gene as an active ingredient. The siRNA has a base sequence of sequence number 2. A composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains bacterial cells transformed by a recombinant vector containing a gene which transcribes the siRNA. The bacterial cell is Salmonella typhimurium. The recombinant vector is pcDNA-CCL22miRNA.
