PURPOSE: A blade installed at a tread mold to form a kerf is provided to facilitate the manufacturing work by unifying with welding in the tread mold after the blade is installed in the insertion hole of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A blade(8) installed at a tread mold to form a kerf is installed in a mounting groove(41) of a tire tread mold(4). An insertion portion(81) of the blade is inserted into the mounting groove. A pin hole(82) of the insertion portion is formed correspond to a pin hole(42) of the tire thread mold. The both end parts of a pin(9) is projected through the pin hole. The pin inserted into the pin hole is welded and the blade is formed in the tire tread mold as one body after the insertion portion of the blade in which the pin is installed is inserted into the mounting groove of the tire tread mold.
