PURPOSE: An LED lamp having a radiation structure is provided to improve the performance of a radiation unit by using an ultra-thin heat sink. CONSTITUTION: In an LED lamp having a radiation structure, a housing is classified into upper space and lower space. A converter embedded unit(20) has a converter in an upper space. . An LED(32) is mounted in a light source unit(30). A radiating unit(40) cools down the heat from the light source unit. A radiation unit has at least one ultra-thin-sheet heat sink(41) having flexibility.
