PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid imaging apparatus, the solid imaging apparatus, and an electronic device are provided to arrange a color mixing prevention film on a sidewall of an optical filter, thereby improving light receiving efficiency of a photoelectric conversion part. CONSTITUTION: A pixel(2) comprises a photoelectric conversion part and a plurality of pixel transistors. The photoelectric conversion part(21) comprised of a photo diode is formed on each pixel. A wiring(23) is formed by surrounding the photoelectric conversion part on the substrate(11). The wiring is formed into a wiring layer(25) of a multilayer wiring structure. A flattening insulation layer(29) is located on the upper side of the photoelectric conversion part.
