<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a paste for forming an electrode, capable of being prepared to have an optional solid content concentration, and excellent in handleability, coatability and storage stability; an electrode film which is obtained by coating and drying the paste for forming an electrode and exerts uniform and excellent flexibility; and a polymer transducer capable of being achieved industrially and economically and exerting excellent performance. <P>SOLUTION: The paste for forming an electrode includes: a polymer solid electrolyte (A) comprising a block copolymer containing a polymer block (a-1) containing a unit represented by the following chemical formula (1) and a polymer block (a-2) substantially having no ion group and rubber-like at room temperature; a hydrocarbon solvent (B); an organic solvent (C); and a conductive fine particle (D). The electrode film is formed in a membrane-like form by drying the paste for forming an electrode to be solidified.
