<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device that prevents the filler contained in a slurry-like resin from being collected on the bottom of a syringe, and can supply resin in the condition of having the filler dispersed uniformly. <P>SOLUTION: A potting device 1 includes: a syringe 2 in which a liquid resin material R of a slurry containing a granular phosphor F is stored; a spiral stirring blade 32 prepared along a rotary shaft 31 located in the axis of a syringe 2; and a drive 4 which rotates the stirring blade 32 by rotating the rotary shaft 31, and guides the liquid resin material R upward. The syringe 2 is formed of a cylinder-like body 21, and an end 22 of the shape of a funnel which is prepared at the lower end of the body 21, and has a supply port 222 by which the liquid resin material R is ejected. In addition, the tip of the stirring blade 32 is located in the inside of the end 22 of the syringe 2 with the end 311 of the rotary shaft 31, thereby the phosphor F is guided upward with the liquid resin material R, and is agitated to be made to disperse uniformly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
