<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and process for manufacturing a clamp ring to eliminate waste scrap, or reduce 70% or more of the waste scrap. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp ring and a process of manufacturing the clamp ring can effectively reduce the scrap when the waste scrap can not be eliminated from the manufacturing process.
