<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting case capable of sufficiently sucking and removing cutting powder generated at a position apart from a suction port, and of easily avoiding the interference with a tool. <P>SOLUTION: The dust collecting case 6 includes an outside case member 21 and an inside case member 22. The outside case member 21 has a bottom plate 21a, and a first side plate 21b in which the suction port 25 is formed. The inside case member 22 has a tubular second side plate 22a disposed inside the first side plate 21b.
