<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by optimizing cycle time in a pneumatic caisson method. <P>SOLUTION: In equipment 1 including a caisson shovel 3 installed on a ceiling surface of a drilling operation chamber α, a material shaft 4, a man shaft 5 and a tower crane 6 erected on a caisson 2, a skater crane 7 and a soil hopper 8 erected on the ground, and an earth bucket 9 suspended so as to be elevated and lowered and make a traverse motion by the skater crane 7, the capacity of the earth bucket 9 is turned to a size smaller than the rated load of the skater crane 7 and such a size that the loading cycle time T1 of drilling soil by the caisson shovel 3 and loading it to the earth bucket 9 is equal to or longer than the conveying cycle time T2 of conveying the earth bucket 9 by the skater crane 7 in order to discharge the soil loaded in the earth bucket 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
