<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of detecting without opening a battery whether or not air bubbles occur in a battery element or at which position in the battery element the air bubbles occur. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a battery internal state detecting device for a battery (1) with a battery element (2) being composed by laminating electrodes (4, 6) via an electrolyte layer (5), in which an ultrasonic oscillator (26) for injecting an ultrasonic wave from one side of the battery element (2) toward the inside of the battery element (2) and an ultrasonic receptor (27) for receiving on the same side as the one side of the battery element (2) the ultrasonic wave reflected on the inside of the battery element (2) are provided on the outside of the battery element (2), and it is detected on the basis of a signal obtained by the ultrasonic receptor (27) whether or not air bubbles occur in the battery element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
