<p>The lifting- and pivoting device comprises: a guide housing (2) having a base plate (2a), two sliding plates (2b), a centering cone (2c) and a vertical opening (2d); a liftable and lowerable lifting pin (3) within the vertical opening into the guide housing; a lifting cylinder for liftable and lowerable the lifting pin (3), on the one hand articulated with the lifting pin and on the other hand articulated and rotatable with the base plate are connected; and a guide frame (5) for supporting a cover having a support arm. The lifting- and pivoting device comprises: a guide housing (2) having a base plate (2a), two sliding plates (2b), a centering cone (2c) and a vertical opening (2d); a liftable and lowerable lifting pin (3) within the vertical opening into the guide housing; a lifting cylinder for liftable and lowerable the lifting pin (3), on the one hand articulated with the lifting pin and on the other hand articulated and rotatable with the base plate are connected; and a guide frame (5) for supporting a cover having a support arm, where an upper end of the support arm is arranged for connecting the cover and further comprises a lifting nib and a lifting eye, which is brought in an intervention with an end of the lifting pin facing towards the lifting cylinder. The support arm at its other end comprises a rotatably mounted sliding roller whose lateral surface is rollable during lifting and lowering the lifting cylinder on the sliding plate. An elongated centering groove for receiving the centering nib is present that is movable during the lifting cylinder within the centering groove. A length-adjustable sealing device on the one hand is fixed at the guide housing, and the other hand is fixed at the end facing towards the lifting nib of the lifting pins that radially surround during the lifting cylinder of the upper part of the lifting pins in direction of the lifting nib from the guide frame. A tubular bellows seal forms the sealing device. A sliding roller is rotatable to a caster rotational axis whose position is movable relative to the support arm. The end facing towards the lifting cylinder of the lifting pins is rejuvenated, and is formed in conical- or hemispherical-manner. The guide frame has two sliding rollers, and the centering groove in which the centering nib is vertically displaceable. Each sliding roller is rollable on a respective sliding plate. A lifting- and lowering electrode support arm is connected with the guide housing. Independent claims are included for: (1) a furnace system such as an arc furnace system; and (2) a method for charging furnace system such as an arc furnace system.</p> |
