摘要 <p>An optical displacement sensor (10) using a shine proof optical system is provided with: a floodlight module (9), which radiates light to a subject to be measured; a light receiving section (13), which receives reflected light on the light receiving surface, said reflected light being the light having been radiated from the floodlight module (9) and reflected by the subject to be measured; and a light receiving lens (14), which is positioned between the subject to be measured and the light receiving section (13), and which forms an image on the light receiving surface with the reflected light. In this method for adjusting a floodlight beam, the focal position of the light radiated from the light source (11) is adjusted such that the sizes of images at the light receiving section (13) are fixed, irrespective of the distance between the floodlight lens (12) that constitutes the floodlight module (9), and the subject to be measured.</p>
