Disclosed is a novel combination of drugs for formulating a topic anaesthetic with improved time of action and latency, this compound having a stronger anaesthetic effect which has a superior action over the tissues, so that avoiding the application of anaesthesia by infiltration and reducing the pain in the patient. The manufacture of the inventive composition includes effective amounts of anaesthetic agents, including but not being limited to, Lidocaine, Tetracaine and Prilocaine. Also has a vasoconstrictor, accelerators, flavouring agents, hydrophilic agents as well as excipient components such as buffer agents, preserving, adjuvant, surfactant agents, solubilising agents, stabilising agents, agents that increase the comfort, emollients, agents for adjusting the pH, softeners, lubricants an mixtures thereof.
