摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a substrate for organic electroluminescence, in which a fine particle layer is provided on one surface of a base material, and which is capable of suppressing spectrum modulation, surface position dependence of chromaticity and angle dependence of chromaticity due to interference of a barrier layer provided on the other surface of the base material and is also capable of improving a light extraction efficiency; and an organic electroluminescent device including the substrate for organic electroluminescence. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate for organic electroluminescence includes at least a barrier layer having a thickness unevenness of 10 nm or more and 1,000 nm or less, and a fine particle layer containing fine particles. It is preferable that the barrier layer has a multilayer structure formed by alternately laminating an organic layer comprising an organic material and an inorganic layer comprising an inorganic material, and that an average particle size of the fine particles is 0.5-10 &mu;m, or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
