PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment capable of preventing fire from spreading outside in case fire is generated inside a case body and capable of thinning and reducing a cost as well.

SOLUTION: The lighting device (an electronic equipment) is provided with a case body 11 and a circuit module 21 having a circuit board 22 and a plurality of electric components 23 mounted on the circuit board. The case body 11 is formed of connection of a first case 12 and a second case 15. At least one of the first and the second cases has an insulating resin member A and a metal member B integrally jointed with the resin member A. A board supporting part 20 is integrally provided with the resin member A owned by at least the one case 12. The circuit module 21 is housed inside the case body 11 in a state that the circuit board 22 is supported by the board supporting part 20 and at least almost whole of one face of the circuit board 22 surface-contacts with the resin member A of the first case 12 and moreover at least almost whole of the other face of the circuit board 22 surface-contacts with the resin member A of the second case 15.
