<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller of a rotary machine in which a current component for position detection can be extracted conveniently and reliably by setting a proper current detection period, and even if the current detection period is increased in order to reduce operation burden, drop in estimation accuracy of position incident thereto can be minimized. <P>SOLUTION: When the current detection period Ti is equal to 5 times of the switching period Tc (Ti=5Tc), point current detection values iu2, iu3, iu4, iu5 which are not obtained within one period of a period Tn at a position detection time t6 are replaced by point current detection values i(u-4), i(u-9), i(u-14), i(u-19) and supplemented. A current component for position detection is thereby extracted, and the rotor position of a rotary machine is determined based on the current component for position detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
