<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark card securing the description of original data of the mark card and capable of securing the authentication that the collection of exercises of voting right is legitimate; and to provide a mark card readout system. <P>SOLUTION: A mark card C of a prescribed shape includes: a region C1 for a reception number; a region C3 in which a respondent writes; and a region C4 in which a third party writes based on a visual judgement. The region C3 in which the respondent writes and the region C4 in which the third party writes based on the visual judgement are formed in different positions.
