<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rice cooker for improving heating efficiency, reducing a heating time, and also attaining excellent rice cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous rice cooker includes: a conveying means 213 for continuously conveying a rice cooking pot 300 storing rice and rice cooking water in one direction; and heating burners separately arranged with a space under the rice cooking pot to be conveyed by the conveying means. Multiple rectangular burner heads 406, which are made of surface combustion members using heat-resistant metal fibers so as to burn whole primary air premixing gas in a red heat state, are alternately arranged at a distance in a direction to be substantially orthogonally crossed with a rice cooking pot conveying direction by allowing the long sides of the rectangular burner heads to be substantially in parallel with the rice cooking pot conveying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
