<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with which operability and visibility of user interface (UI) components relating to image editing can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: An image editing apparatus includes a display device, storage means for storing image data, and preview display means for displaying a preview image of the image data on a display screen. The preview display means displays a scroll bar, which is a UI component for scrolling the preview image, on the screen.
