<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance analysis accuracy of operation status in a system. <P>SOLUTION: Reception means 1b acquires communication information transmitted/received between terminal devices 3 and 4 and an information processor 2, and stores it in storage means 1a. If the acquired communication information is a suspension request 5d of processing, extraction means 1c extracts communication information indicating an execution request 5c of the processing to be suspended due to the suspension request 5d from the storage means 1a, generates suspension pair information 6 indicating a combination of the suspension request 5d and the execution request 5c, and stores it in the storage means 1a.
