The present invention relates to a vehicle-specific application store service system and a method thereof, and the vehicle-specific application store service system of the present invention supports an application store unit for storing vehicle-related application programs, and vehicle-related service, includes a service device equipped with a platform unit for providing a coupling program interface for developing vehicle-related application program, and an intelligent terminal device with added computer support functions such as internet communication and information search to download and execute the vehicle-related application program stored on the application store unit, wherein the platform unit processes the vehicle-related information transmitted from information issuing device into information needed for the application program and transmits same to the intelligent terminal device when a vehicle-related information is requested by the operation of the vehicle-related application program of the intelligent terminal device, thereby enabling a company to perform a vehicle business on a mobile application store, in line with the change of paradigm in the vehicle-related business.
