DOUBLE SIDED FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD FOR USE HINGE REGION

PURPOSE: A double sided flexible circuit board used for a hinge region is provided to prevent a breakage of a conductor by suppressing the bending or squash of a curved part through a support member with a cylindrical side. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer(3) is made of a liquid crystal polymer film with a thickness of 10 to 100 um. A heat deflection temperature is 270 to 330 degrees centigrade. A conductive circuit layer(2) is formed on both sides of the insulation layer. A cover member of a liquid crystal polymer film(1) is installed on the insulation layer and the conductive circuit layer. A double sided flexible circuit board includes a S-shaped curved part.
