摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid DGNSS reference station system is provided to plan maritime safety by improving position measuring accuracy of a user for a marine service. CONSTITUTION: Raw measurement of a GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver(11) is parsed through a GNSS controller(21) of a reference station(20). A compensation information generator(22) of the reference station receives parsing process information and creates compensation information. An RTCM(Radio Technical Commission for Maritime) encoder(23) of the reference station changes the compensation information to be fitted to an international standard format. An MSK(Minimum shift Keying) transmitter(24) of the reference station modulates the changed compensation information and transmits. An integrity monitoring station(30) receives the compensation information of the reference station. A control station(40) controls and monitors the reference station and integrity monitoring station by using an RSIM(Reference Station integrity monitor) international standard message.
