AN GENERATION METHOD OF OPTIMIZATION MULTI-DEFECTION FREQUENCY

PURPOSE: An optimized multiple deformation frequency generating method is provided to minimize unnecessary factors by using more than two frequencies together and to easily and quickly decide the existence of deformation by evaluators. CONSTITUTION: An optimized multiple deformation frequency generating method is as follows. A database is established through inputting information related to materials, a resistivity, and a thickness of an inspection object. The information related to materials, a resistivity, and a thickness of the inspection object selected from the database is input so that an optimized deformation frequency is generated. The optimized multiple deformation frequency is generated by inputting a sampling frequency, inspecting methods by channels, and an amplification rate selected from the optimized deformation frequency.
