<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control box in which a sound generator generating a sound is attached to a power supply control circuit board and stored in a box body, which is configured to easily transmit various kinds of sounds to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The control box includes a circuit board 37 on which a power supply and an equipment control circuit part are mounted and a box body 33A storing the circuit board. The box body 33A includes a body case 34 which has a bottom plate part larger than the circuit board 37 and a side plate part erected at a prescribed height from the circumference of the bottom plate part, and an opening in a surface facing the bottom plate part and in which the circuit board is stored and a cover body 35 which covers the opening. The sound generator 38 generating the sound is mounted on the circuit board 37 and the circuit board on which the sound generator 38 is mounted is stored in the body case 34.
