<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for electric connection that, even when a displacement amount of one of first and second contact parts is increased, can effectively suppress a decline in contact pressure of the other contact part caused by the increase, and a connector using the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A third elastic piece 24 which is installed between first and second elastic pieces 22, 23 and a fixing piece 21 elastically deforms, when a first contact part 22a is displaced in the contact direction with a mating terminal 50, so that the displacement amount in the contact direction with the mating terminal 50 of the other contact part is smaller than that in the withdrawal direction of the mating terminal 50. Consequently, even when the displacement amount of one of first and second contact parts 22a, 23a is increased, a decline in contact pressure in the other contact part caused by the increase can be suppressed, which is very advantageous in improving connection reliability by two-point contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
