CELL PRODUCTION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell production system enabling operation of a cosmetic production process from preparation to filling of cosmetics even by a single worker.

SOLUTION: The cell production system 1 includes a production cell 2 taking charge of the cosmetic production process and a filling cell 3 for filling the produced cosmetic to a container. The production cell 2 is provided with production vessels 8A-8C for holding cosmetic raw materials and having a bottom tapering toward a discharging hole formed at a lower part; induction heaters 9A-9C to perform induction heating of the production vessels 8A-8C with a high-frequency magnetic field; and stirrers 13A-13C inserted through openings of the production vessels 8A-8C and stirring the raw materials. The filling cell 3 is provided with a handling device to open the discharging holes of the production vessels 8A-8C transported from the production cell 2 and filling the cosmetic to the container.
