<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive magnetic resonance measuring apparatus capable of responding to a large-size evaluation object and performing an evaluation even by a plurality of frequency points. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance apparatus includes: a transmitter generating a microwave signal; a sender sending the signal to a specimen; a receiver disposed at a position facing the sender across the specimen and receiving a resonance signal; a bandpass filter; a receiving circuit; and a magnetic field generator for applying a magnetic field. Assuming that a microwave frequency is defined as f, an average power is defined as P, a sender gain is defined as Gtx, a receiver gain is defined as Grx, an attenuation from the transmitter to the sender is defined as Γtx, an attenuation from the sender to the receiving circuit is defined as Γrx, a temperature is defined as T, a distance from the sender to the specimen is defined as d1, the thickness of the specimen is defined as d2, a distance from the specimen to the receiver is defined as d3, and respective attenuations are defined as Γd1, Γd2, and Γd3, the band width (BW) of the bandpass filter satisfies the following condition: P+Gtx+Grx-(Γtx+Γd1+Γd2+Γd3+Γrx)>10×log(k×T×BW×10<SP POS="POST">9</SP>) (where k is Boltzmann constant). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
