<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rain gutter that hardly damages a surface of the rain gutter by abrasion among the rain gutters made of extrusion moldings during transportation, a pulling from a packed state, and a contact with other objects. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the rain gutter made by synthetic-resin extrusion molding is provided. A groove 1 being successive in the same direction as an extrusion direction on part of the surface or on the whole surface and having the depth of 5 μm to 50 μm is extruded so that the groove is numerously and successively formed at a pitch of 50 μm to 500 μm in a direction orthogonal to the extrusion direction of the surface; the pitch of the groove 1 has the depth of the groove 1 or deeper; and a side of the groove 1 and a side of a protrusion 2 between itself and the groove 1 are integral with each other as one slope and are successive, and thereby forming the groove in a wavy shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
