<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for quick socket replacement improved in workability for socket replacement work. <P>SOLUTION: The adapter 10 for quick socket replacement is interposed between the rotating shaft 20 of a tool and a socket 30, and holds the socket 30 by magnetic forces of magnets 13, and fastening the socket 30 to avoid rotation relative to the rotating shaft 20.
