<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for a hydraulic machine, manufacturing method for component for hydraulic machine and hydraulic machine, which suppresses the occurrence of cracking or separation of a film formed on a surface and has excellent anti-corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The component 40 for the hydraulic machine constitutes the hydraulic machine in which river water containing soil and sand flows. A tungsten carbide and a hard film layer 42 containing NiCr alloy or NiCoCr alloy are formed on at least one part of a surface contacting the river water of the component 40 for the hydraulic machine by high speed flame thermal-spraying. Fracture strain which is the strain during fracture of the hard film layer 42 is 0.3%-0.7% and Vickers hardness HV 0.5 of the hard film layer 42 is not less than 800. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
