PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimping wire manufacturing device and the like which do not produce any defective even if there is a disorder such as bentness in a posture of a wire end portion.

SOLUTION: Crimping devices 400 and 500 comprise: a clamp device 300 which clamps a peeled wire and feeds a wire end portion into a terminal crimping tool; and position adjustment means 450 for adjusting the height and right and left positions of the clamp device. The crimping devices also comprise: means (camera 701) for imaging the end portion of the wire clamped by the clamp device; and means 702 for determining whether the clamp posture of the wire end portion is normal from the image of the photographed wire end portion. The position adjustment means adjusts the hight and right and left positions of the clamp device based on the determination of the image determination means so that the wire end portion takes a normal clamp posture.
